You shouldn't write the stats of the pokemon, since it shouldn't be the raters "job" to calculate your EV's. Simply write which EV's you've given in the different stats. We'll be awaiting you to write given EV's.

It's hard to come with improvements since you don't write the roles of your pokemons, but I notice you run some VERY unusual sets like Snorlax with recover. It's allowed to hack the moves of a pokemon, but it can only be used to spare time, not to get moves that the pokemon isn't able to learn. It's possible to see which moves the individual pokemons have acces to here: http://serebii.net. Overall, don't hack illegal moves and write a description of your pokemons roles!

Since you won't stop using uber pokemons, it means you'll be playing in the uber tier.
I accept that you choose Torterra and Snorlax for your team, but.. you don't have any "new thinking" or "special" movesets for those (which is required if any of those should be on an uber team), meaning both are heavily outclassed by a lot of pokemons in the uber enviroment. Not to mention that we don't play the uber tier here, so your efforts is for nothing (thinking you want to use this team for tournaments).

Most of the natures you're running are very unusual, and it looks like you haven't given natures a thought at all.

The post itself (names, numbes, moves, etc) needs some breathing space, it's so hard to understand everything because of that, and makes the reading uncomfortable. Also, the community isn't interested in the stats themselves, only the EVs you gave them. Use the form Zako presented above my post.

First, your team has three ubers (Rayquaza, Kyogre and Palkia), if you intended your team to be able to face Over-Used ones, that's bad, really bad. So, we'll say your team is an Uber one.

Rayquaza:
Is he a Physical or Special Attacker (mostly talking about the EVs)? Overheat and Flamethower on the same set are useless, have one Dragon-type attack instead. Why does he have Leftovers? What is Rayquaza's purpose on the field?

Torterra:
A Serious nature? Ha ha ha... Oh, and what are his EVs?

Personnal recommendations:
-Write the damn EVs instead of the stats.
-Change most of your natures because they're absolutely awful.
-Write a detailed explanation of each Pokemons' role on he field.
-If Uber team: have three other legendaries.
-If OU team, replace your three legendaries.
